Yes! Pilates is for everybody and every body!
The best fitness programs offer more than exercise. They build confidence – that you can set and achieve goals. They offer the right level of challenge – just when you need it. They are led by an instructor who listens to you and supports your growth. Classes are convenient, versatile and interesting enough to return to again and again. And yes, fitness programs are good exercise – increasing strength, balance, muscle and stamina.
You should wear comfortable workout attire. Traditionally, Pilates is practiced with bare feet but you may wear socks, if you so choose. Shoes are not permitted in the studio area.
Each session/class is 50-55 minutes long.
